What We Do

Everybody loves tacos — that part was the easy call. What we wanted was to do something different from the usual taco truck, so we went with Asian fusion: bold street-taco style with flavors inspired by Asian cuisine. Instead of traditional fillings alone, we feature marinated meats, fresh slaws, pickled vegetables, spicy sauces, sesame, ginger, garlic, soy, and other savory flavors — all wrapped in a warm tortilla.

At Two Ravens, our tacos are built to deliver the perfect mix of sweet, spicy, tangy, and savory in every bite. They're creative, flavorful, and different from your everyday taco — made for people who love bold food with a fresh twist.

The name has nothing to do with the food, actually — it comes from Norse mythology. Huginn and Muninn were Odin's two ravens, and their names mean Thought and Memory. We just liked what they stood for, and it stuck.

Meet The Ravens

Two Ravens is run by Jeff & Stacy — married, food-truck-crazy, and rarely without our sidekick Bo Chopper — who built this truck from the ground up because we love bold food and doing things our own way.

Jeff spent over twenty years behind the wheel as a truck driver before trading the highway for a taco window, chasing a long-held dream of building something of his own. Two Ravens is just the start — the plan is to grow into a fleet of trucks and, one day, franchise the brand.

Ask Jeff which taco is his favorite and he won't give you a straight answer — pork, chicken, beef, shrimp, every one of them earns its spot on the truck. Every taco that comes off the truck is something we'd serve to our own family. Come find us, say hi, and let us feed you.
